As well as being
the site on the Great Southwest Trail, Texarkana and the area offer a
wide array of attractions. The history buff will enjoy the Texarkana
Historical Museum, Confederate Memorial, Scott Joplin Mural, Union
Station, Korea/Vietnam Memorial and the Discovery Place Science
Museum.
If you're
more into the arts there are the Perot Theatre and Regional Arts
Center. Other attractions include the South Haven Golf Club, Ace of
Clubs Tour Home, Post Office and Photographers Island and the
Bi-State Justice Center.
If you're in a festive mood, the Twice as Bright Festival of Lights,
the Four States Fair and Rodeo, and the International Cultural fest
can fill the bill. You can also enjoy the Quadrangle Festival and tap
your toe at the Strange Family Bluegrass Festival.

annual Race for the Cure and the MLK Annual Prayer Breakfast. Also of
interest is the Martin Luther King, Jr., "Acts of Kindness" Gala and

Preview Party and Festival.
